是不是每次升级都要把MOD重装？

可以不可以装了新版本，然后把旧版的数据库直接RESTORE进来呢？还是必须在旧版本上升级？

有一个问题，这个中文语言包没有将后台管理者的界面中文化吗？还要需要如何设置才能变成中文？
